Frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding the Totem Wealth 100% Money Back Guarantee.

What's the Totem Wealth 100% Money Back Guarantee?

Totem Wealth is so confident that working with us will produce a positive Return On Investment that we'll pay you back 100% of your fees if our service doesn’t at least pay for itself.

How does it work?

Work with Totem Wealth for 12 months. If, in that time, you don’t at least make the fees paid for Totem Wealth back, within one month after the year end and we’ll refund 100% of your Totem Wealth fees.

What are the eligibility requirements?

You’re got to uphold your part of working with us. That means answering our calls and emails, getting back to us information and forms, letting us know when your situation changes – basically, we’ll be a partnership and you’ll have to follow through too.

Why do you require a one year timeframe? Can’t I get my money back after 1 or 2 months?

Over the years, we’ve found that most clients get the full benefit from working with us over at least a 12 month period. So, we want to encourage clients to try Totem Wealth for at least a year, while removing the financial risk. If working with Totem Wealth doesn’t pay for itself, we’ll give you your money back.

How long does the guarantee apply?

The guarantee applies to the first year of working with Totem Wealth only. If you continue to work with us beyond that, the guarantee no longer applies.

Who decides if I got my money’s worth? Will you argue with me if I request a refund at the end of one year?

We’ll prepare figures for us to discuss through the 12 month period, but at the end of the day we use the honour system. If you tell us that Totem Wealth didn’t pay for itself, we will take your word for it and give you your money back.

So, what’s the catch? I’ve never heard of a financial advice business that pays back 100% of my money if it doesn’t pay for itself.

There is no catch. We're in the business of getting results for clients. If we don’t accomplish that, we don’t feel we should keep your money.
