Drop in for a coffee at FOMO in Sunshine Beach, to kick-start the day.
MEET WITH CLIENTS 9.00 AM
Catch-up with clients on board the Catalina at Noosa River. Talk through progress, deal with an “uh oh” moment, and make a few adjustments to the plan to get them back on track.
CLIENT STRATEGY + SCENARIO MODELLING 10.42 AM
Head to the office to whiteboard options for a client who wants to do something with their cashflow and equity in their home, to create a passive income stream so that they can reduce their work hours in the near future.
BREAK 12.35 PM
Take some lunch down to Noosa River and go for a walk in the sunshine.
ACCOUNTANTS + LAWYERS + MORTGAGE BROKERS 1.23 PM
Phone calls with a few professionals, on a clients behalf as a project manager, to make sure that the process running smoothly.
BUSINESS BUILDING 3.11 PM
On the phone with my business coach, talking through ideas for how we can best help our clients and our wider professional network. I’m really focused on building a win-win business.
CELEBRATION 4.29 PM
Receive a call from a client letting us know their offer on a new home was accepted … but, was a bit over budget. Have a read over the details in an email and make a note to check what needs adjusting in their plan so that the client won’t have to worry.
MOVE THE BODY 5.20 PM
Get to Caza BJJ in Noosa Junction to make sure I’ve got time for stretching and say hi to the other students before the 5:30pm class. This keeps me grounded and is something I find not only physically challenging, but mentally too. It’s such a tricky thing to willingly feel like a beginner at something, over and over, but I love it.
